Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, Chaos Control Solutions Inc. will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. These efforts may include offering additional service time, a discount on future services, or a credit toward future work. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the services provided, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns to the best of our ability.
Service Re-evaluation and Issues
If you are dissatisfied with our services or encounter any issues with the quality of service provided, please reach out to us within 14 days of the service being completed.
To begin the process of addressing any dissatisfaction or issues, please contact us at helpcontrolthechaos@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and discuss options for resolution. We aim to respond to all re-evaluation requests within 5 business days.
In cases where the service did not meet your expectations, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the matter. These efforts may include offering additional service time, a discount on future services, or a credit toward future work.
If the issue involves damage, defects, or other immediate concerns, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation promptly and take appropriate action.
Exceptions/Non-refundable Services
Certain types of services or circumstances may not be eligible for re-evaluation or credit, including but not limited to services rendered as part of promotions, discounted packages, or final services rendered under an agreed contract. Please get in touch with us if you have any concerns about the specific service provided.
Credits and Future Services
In cases where we provide a credit toward future work, the credit will be applied to services that are booked and completed after the credit is issued. Please note that credits are non-transferable and will expire after a specified period, which will be communicated to you at the time of issuance.
Refunds for Pre-paid or Deposited Services
If you have prepaid or provided a deposit for a service that has not yet been completed, we may issue a refund under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been scheduled or commenced.
- A mutual agreement has been made to cancel or reschedule the service prior to the start.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Service Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule a service, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid any rescheduling fees. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
